About

My dream as a young woman was to be married, have children, and be a high school English teacher. Today, I am still married, homeschooled three children, and taught in the public school system. Currently, I am realizing my new dream of coaching others as they journey through the later phases of life.

I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.A. in English Education. After teaching, I returned to UNCG receiving an MBA. In worked in real estate, baking, and as an office manager for a charity and a Silicon Valley startup  before transitioning to a stay-at-home mom to our three children who are all adopted.

My husband and I raised our children on a small farm in central North Carolina--homeschooling, rescuing dogs, cats, and horses, volunteering at our local fire department as EMTs, and earning black belts in Tae Kwon Do.

Our children are all adults now--pursuing their own journeys into life--one in the military, one in avionics, and one in music.

As my life shifted away from being a full-time mother, I wondered who I was in this new phase of life. I was lucky to have the guidance of a few very special people who coached me as I gained clarity about my new purpose in life.

No matter where you are in your next chapter, I am ready to guide you!

"It is never too late to pause, gain, clarity, and create a life that feels more aligned, healthy, joyful, and fulfilling."
